- A Discord webhook

When to run: On each new order after the ten-order backfill.

Ask me first:
- Which fields to log.
- Whether to mention a role on high-risk orders.
- Quiet hours.
- The Discord destinations for test and point-of-sale orders, including whether either needs a separate quiet channel.

Give me:
- A Sheet row per new order.
- A structured order summary in Discord.

My approval is required for:
- Fulfill.
- Refund.
- Sending any customer message.

Never:
- Fulfill or refund from the log.
- Message a customer from Discord.
- Drop the Sheet write if Discord fails.
